The City began conducting citywide survey of its community members beginning in 2010. The majority of the survey questions come from the national standards developed by the International City Manager's Association (ICMA). Using the same questions as hundreds of other cities use allows South Lake Tahoe to compare its results to other communities using "benchmarks." The City typically adds a few customized questions of particular interest to the residents of South Lake Tahoe.
The surveys are sent to a random sample of households in community.
Each year the results will be posted here online. Please note the surveys are large files, over 100 pages, and open in .pdf format.
