Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan

The City of South Lake Tahoe Planning Commission, acting in its capacity as the South Lake Tahoe Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC), has prepared an update to the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) for Lake Tahoe Airport. The Draft ALUCP is available for download at www.cityofslt.us/ALUCP. The Draft ALUCP will be reviewed at the next Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, June 21, 2018, 3:00 p.m. for an opportunity for the public to provide comments.

The meeting will be held at City Council Chambers, Lake Tahoe Airport, 1901 Airport Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.

ALUCPs are land use documents that provide for the orderly operation of airports and surrounding areas while safeguarding the welfare of people who live in the airport vicinity and the general public.

To receive notifications about future public meetings please contact Hilary Roverud, Deputy Director of Development Services, City of South Lake Tahoe, (530) 542-6024, hroverud@cityofslt.us.
