The City of South Lake Tahoe is committed to ensuring compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 - Section 520, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - Section 504; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities (“ADA”) Act of 1990, and Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (“C.F.R.”), Part 21, and other non-discriminatory authorities, such that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of any program or activity conducted by the City of South Lake Tahoe on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other category protected by State or Federal law. Further, no person shall be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by the City of South Lake Tahoe, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other category protected by State or Federal law.

Any person that believes they have been discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other category protected by State or Federal law by the South Lake Tahoe, its contractors, consultants, airport operators and their lessees, tenants, concessionaires or contractors, or any other party that acts on behalf of the City may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the City’s Title VI Complaint Form or visit the City of South Lake Tahoe administrative office at 1901 Lisa Maloff Way, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150, City Clerk’s Office.

La Ciudad de South Lake Tahoe se compromete a garantizar el cumplimiento del Título VI de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1964 de Ley de Mejora de Aeropuertos y Vías Aéreas de 1982 - Sección 520, la Ley de Rehabilitación de 1973 - Sección 504, el Título II de la Ley de Americanos con Discapacidades ("ADA") de 1990, y el Título 49 del Código de Reglamentos Federales ("C.F.R.") - Parte 21, y otras autoridades no discriminatorias, de tal manera que ninguna persona será excluida de la participación ni se le negarán los beneficios de ningún programa o actividad llevada a cabo por la Ciudad de South Lake Tahoe por motivos de raza, color, origen nacional, sexo, edad, discapacidad, religión, orientación sexual, identidad de género o cualquier otra categoría protegida por la legislación estatal o federal. 

Cualquier persona que sospeche que ha sido discriminada por motivos de raza, color, origen nacional, sexo, edad, discapacidad, religión, orientación sexual, identidad de género o cualquier otra categoría protegida por la ley estatal o federal por parte de la Ciudad de South Lake Tahoe, sus contratistas, consultores los operadores aeroportuarios y sus arrendatarios, inquilinos, concesionarios o contratistas, o cualquier otra parte que actúe en nombre de la Ciudad puede presentar una queja del Título VI completando y presentando el Formulario de Quejas del Título VI de la Ciudad o visitar la oficina administrativa de la Ciudad de South Lake Tahoe en 1901 Lisa Maloff Way, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150, Oficina de la Secretaría Municipal.
