[ARCHIVED] City Offers New Service Request Portal Online

The City of South Lake Tahoe, Public Works Department, is proud to announce the launch of a new web-based Service Request Portal for City staff and community members. This new service will allow anyone to add service requests, concerns, or issues that need to be addressed by City Engineering, Streets-Transportation, and/or Facilities Department(s). Simply go online to http://hosting.vueworks.com/SouthLakeTahoePortal and submit your request.

The purpose of the new web-based Service Request Portal is to expedite community requests, concerns or issues. The Asset Management component allows the City to track asset condition, prioritize asset risk, forecast capital budget needs and create and manage capital projects.

What: On Line Service Request for Public Works
When: When someone wants to report a concern and/or issue within the City of SLT limits
Why: To help citizens reach Public Works and expedite their requests, concerns or issues
Who: Citizen; CSLT employees; anyone who has a request/concern/issue within City limits
