The City of South Lake Tahoe and Design Workshop have partnered to develop the Design Guidelines to complement the adopted design standards and help property owners visualize how to meet the required standards. The second public meeting was held on February 17th and focused on the Draft Design Guidelines.
A survey has been posted online and consists of images and questions presented from the Public Meeting held on February 17, 2016. Your input in this survey will help the City better understand the look and feel community members feel is appropriate for new buildings, signage, public spaces and landscaping. Your feedback will be used to inform the imagery used to represent the desired community aesthetic/vision for South Lake Tahoe.
The survey will be available from February 18 - February 26, 2016 at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/csltdesignguidelinesmeeting2
Please feel free to pass this survey link on so we can receive as much public input as possible.
The next public meeting will be Wednesday, March 9th from 5:00-7:00 in the City Council Chambers located at 1901 Airport Road.
