Tahoe Talks Brown Bag Lunch Series

Join us for the next Tahoe Talks Brown Bag lunch series on Wednesday, March 16th from noon to 1:30pm at Lake Tahoe Community College, located at One College Dr., in the Creekside Room. (*Note location differs from previous talks.)
An overview of new and improved processes in City and TRPA Code that help homeowners make changes to their homes and properties. City and TRPA staff will talk about recent changes to streamline permitting, changes to the vacation home rental ordinance, the application process, and how Area Plans and a new look at development regulations are simplifying the process for homeowners. Speakers: Tiffany Good, Senior Planner, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, John Hitchcock, Deputy Development Services Director, City of South Lake Tahoe, and Dave Walker, Building Official, City of South Lake Tahoe.
