[ARCHIVED] Heavenly Parking Garage System Upgrade Training for Heavenly Village Businesses

For businesses located within Heavenly Village, the South Lake Tahoe Police Department and Flow Thru Technologies will hold trainings on how the new system functions and how to use the online portal at The Loft on Wednesday, March 23rd. The new system eliminates the use of printed parking tickets. License plate recognition and the use of telephone numbers will now be used for payment at the parking garage. Business owners will now be able to utilize customer’s license plate numbers and/or phone numbers to issue validations.

The first training will be at 9am, then 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. The trainings will take about 30-45 minutes and will provide businesses a detailed look at how to log on to their own account and validate their customers.

This training period is a time for businesses to come and to learn the new system and is open to any business owner or manager and their employees to come and participate.
