[ARCHIVED] City Releases Request for Proposals for Champions Plaza

The City of South Lake Tahoe has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a vendor to create an original “Flame” sculpture, preferably bronze, for permanent display at the City’s newly established Champions Plaza. The artist may propose any material for the sculpture they deem suitable.

All Proposers must register and complete a “Vendor Information Sheet” to be entered in the City of South Lake Tahoe Vendor Database, which is required to submit a proposal. If you have already registered with the City in the past, you do not need to register again. To register, go online to https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=14997 and follow the instructions applicable to Proposer.

Proposals are due on or before April 25, 2016 no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) at City offices (1901 Airport Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150). Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Proposals and required copies must be submitted by U.S. mail or personal delivery to City offices.
