Posted on: April 10, 2017[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Bijou Park Creek Watershed Restoration Project
The City Planning Commission is holding a Public Hearing for presentation and solicitation of public comment on April 13th, 2017 at 3pm in the City Council Chambers for the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and TRPA Environmental Checklist/Mitigated Finding of No Significant Effect. The 30-day public review period commenced on March 21st, 2017 and will end on April 20th, 2017 for interested individuals and public agencies to submit written comments on the document. Any written comments should be sent to the attention of Hilary Roverud and must be received at 1052 Tata Lane, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 by 4:00PM on April 20th, 2017. Copies of the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and TRPA Environmental Checklist/Mitigated Finding of No Significant Effect and supporting technical studies are available for review at 1052 Tata Lane, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 and online at www.cityofslt.us/BijouParkCreek.
