The City of South Lake offers a web-based Service Request Portal for City staff and community members. The VUEWorks Request Portal module delivers convenient online access for citizens to place their requests using the Web.
This service allows anyone to add service requests, concerns, or issues that need to be addressed by City Engineering, Street Maintenance, and/or Facilities Department(s) including Snow Removal. There are nine ‘Issue Categories’ with associated lists of many issues that can be reported including potholes, missing signs, etc. Simply go online to http://hosting.vueworks.com/SouthLakeTahoePortal and submit your request.
