[ARCHIVED] Community forum set to discuss proposed “cell tower” ordinance

South Lake Tahoe, CA- The community is invited to a community forum next week to discuss the development of a set of city-wide telecommunication facility regulations.

“Our goal is to listen to the community and hear the various perspectives to allow us to craft a responsive, well-thought-out set of regulations,” said Kevin Fabino, Development Services Director. 

The meeting will be held on November 20, 2019, at the Rec Center, located at 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd., South Lake Tahoe. The community forum will start at 6:00 pm with a short discussion on the current regulatory environment and then breaking into smaller groups to discuss possible regulatory themes for macro and micro telecommunication facility regulation.
