[ARCHIVED] South Lake Tahoe woman robbed for groceries and wallet

South Lake Tahoe, CA- On March 15, a 57-year-old South Lake Tahoe woman went grocery shopping at Raley’s at the Y. When the victim was walking home towards Tata Ln., she was attacked in the meadow behind Raley’s and Alpine Liquor (1950 Lake Tahoe Blvd).  An unidentified male threw her to the ground. The suspect hit the female causing serious injuries and stole her groceries and wallet. 

He was described as a homeless male adult with a black beanie, a black ski mask, dark jacket, and light-colored pants.
