[ARCHIVED] Road rage stabbing sends one man to the hospital


South Lake Tahoe, CA- One man is in the hospital this morning and SLTPD are looking for another after road rage leads to a stabbing overnight.

Police got reports of an intense road rage incident around 9:00 PM yesterday evening, as two vehicles were driving down Highway 50. As officers got to the scene, at the intersection of Hwy. 50 and Tallac, a fight ensued and the victim was stabbed. 

The victim is in stable condition at Renown Medical Center. 

The suspect got away from the scene and remains on the loose this morning. This is an active investigation and anyone with details is encouraged to call the police non-emergency line at 530-542-6100.
