[ARCHIVED] Annual South Lake Tahoe Police Officer Memorial Ceremony on May 10th

The City of South Lake Tahoe Police Department would like to invite the community to attend the Annual Police Officer Memorial ceremony on Thursday, May 10th at 2:00 pm at the police department located at 1352 Johnson Blvd. Several of our officers are being honored for a variety of remarkable performance. The following SLTPD personnel will be receiving recognition for Distinguished Service, accompanied with the Distinguished Service Medal:
• Detective Brandon Auxier
• Detective Pierre Herring
• Officer Justin Brock
• Officer Travis Cabral
• Officer Jake Herminghaus
• Officer Matt Morrison

Receiving the Explorer Service Award is:
• Explorer Scout Joseph Acker

New to our award ceremony this year is the Citizen Award of Merit. Three local community members will be receiving this honor, with accompanying medal, for their extraordinary contributions to the police department and our community.
