The Code Compliance Auditor is a temporary position assigned a full range of clerical and accounting duties with assistance and direction from the Senior Community Service Officer responsible for the Vacation Home Rental Program; who works independently and exercises sound judgment in the application of policies, procedures and accounting principles related to the payment of permit fees, Transient Occupancy Tax and penalties associated with the Vacation Home Rental Program. Incumbent is expected to become increasingly knowledgeable of city laws, ordinances, procedures and practices pertaining to the maintenance and accuracy of Vacation Home Rental financial data.
