Roadway Construction Update for June 2-8, 2013
U.S. Highway 50 (El Dorado County) in South Lake Tahoe: Work continues on completing a $43 million project from the Trout Creek Bridge to Ski Run Boulevard. Landscaping, striping and electrical work is scheduled for spring and summer 2013. Completion is expected in late summer or early fall.

U.S. Highway 50 (El Dorado County) in South Lake Tahoe: Work has started on a $7.3 project from just west of Ski Run Boulevard to Wildwood Avenue adding curbs and gutters, new drainage systems and resurfacing. Completion is expected by 2014.

U.S. Highway 50 (El Dorado County) from Fairway Avenue to Wildwood Avenue: Eastbound motorists can expect alternating lane and shoulder restrictions from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from midnight to noon Friday. A contractor is scheduled to do drainage work.

SPECIAL EVENTS
U.S. Highway 50 (El Dorado County) from Zephyr Cove, Nevada, to Placerville: Motorists can expect to share the road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday through Saturday with the Highway 50 Association Wagon Train.
