The City of South Lake Tahoe is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to perform preliminary design work as necessary to develop conceptual plans, provide existing condition analysis, preliminary environmental documents and preliminary estimates for the rehabilitation/replacement and possible expansion of the facility.
